PROBLEM
The existing design framework for Inohom was left fragmented after the previous team disbanded, resulting in inconsistent UI components and a lack of alignment between design and development. The new product direction required not only a visual refresh but also a scalable system that could adapt to evolving user needs and integrate seamlessly with a newly developed code base.
