OVERVIEW
This project, executed for Danone, involved designing an internal native mobile application for corporate directors to monitor and analyze sales team performance on a monthly basis. The app provides real-time insights, interactive dashboards, and performance metrics, empowering leadership teams to make data-informed decisions and refine sales strategies. By integrating a clean, intuitive interface with actionable analytics, the tool enhances visibility across departments and supports more efficient, results-driven management.
PROBLEM
The existing app lacked a cohesive user experience and failed to support efficient data visualization for sales tracking. Static dashboards, slow performance, and a non-intuitive navigation flow limited usability for corporate teams. As a result, decision-makers faced difficulties accessing real-time insights and analyzing key performance metrics effectively.

SOLUTION
We redesigned the app with a user-centered approach, introducing a more intuitive and visually dynamic interface. Page transitions were refined for smoother navigation, and static graph charts were replaced with interactive, data-responsive visualizations that animate in real time. This transformation allowed users to track sales performance seamlessly, enhanced engagement through motion design, and improved the overall speed and usability of the application.
